Minseok Park graduated from Trillium College in Ottawa in 2017. He decided to become a Registered Massage Therapist because he wanted to help people. Minseok enjoyed the study of physiology and how the body works, and massage therapy uses this approach to treat people who are in pain. He is passionate about using natural ways to treat pain, and working with a patient to help them get better.

Minseok’s goal is to help patients heal themselves, to ensure they are comfortable, and that they understand the treatment they are receiving. He wants to create a relaxing environment while a patient receives treatment in order to create a bond of trust. Minseok’s massage therapy skill set includes Swedish massage techniques, cupping, and focusing on trigger point work. He also works on identifying issues and treating them with myofascial release. He employs strategies and stretches to increase range of motion in patients and treat any issues they have. Minseok is also level II certified in the Vodder Method of Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD®).

When not at work, Minseok Park likes to relax at home with a good book, and cook!
