CHIROPRACTIC CARE
- Online booking for Chiropractic care is open to current and new chiropractic patients. If you are a new patient, or you haven’t been seen in the last 6 months, please select “Chiropractic – New Patients” on the first page to book your appointment.
- PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT BOOKING ON THE LAST PAGE. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful booking. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact the clinic at 613.860.8600 to ensure you appointment is successfully booked.
MASSAGE THERAPY
- Massage Appointment cancellations require 12 hours’ notice. Cancellations outside of this time frame or missed appointments are subject to the full massage service fee. If your appointment is booked for the same day, please be aware that the cancellation policy will be in effect once your appointment time is set. Late arrivals can only be extended to the time remaining in the scheduled session. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment please contact us at your earliest convenience.

- Online booking for Physiotherapy is open to current and new physiotherapy patients. If you are a New Patient, or you haven’t been seen in the last 6 months, please select “Physiotherapy – New Patient” on the second page of the online booking tool.
- Physiotherapy Appointment cancellations require 12 hours’ notice. Cancellations outside of this time frame or missed appointments are subject to a fee of $50.00. If your appointment is booked for the same day, please be aware that the cancellation policy will be in effect once your appointment time is set. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment please contact us at your earliest convenience.
